Alimentaria is the most important international food and beverages exhibition in Spain and one of the world’s leading events of this type.
With its 18th edition, Alimentaria will be debuting an important new feature: the exhibition space has been reorganised in Fira de Barcelona’s Gran Vía venue. More than 95,000 m2 under the same roof.
Alimentaria will represent, once again and in a single location, an excellent opportunity to establish new contacts, be up-to-date on the market trends, discover new business and networking opportunities, visit the clients, and get training through the wide range of activities offered.
Alimentaria is divided into thirteen single-theme shows, each one specialising in a food product family: Intercarn, Interlact, Mundidulce, Expobebidas, Interpesca, Expoconser, Congelexpo, Intervin, Vegefruit, Olivaria, Multiproducto, Organic Foods and Restaurama. In addition, there are the Spanish Regional Pavilion and the International Pavilion, which represent participants grouped by place of origin. The show is therefore noteworthy for its division into sectors, making it a pioneer in establishing the Alimentaria model, a benchmark for food and beverage trade shows around the world.
