Las Ramblas are only a 5 minute walk away from the apartment. Within 15 min you can reach the Plaza Catalunya. The accommodation is not far either from Plaza Espanya ( Fira of Barcelona) and the Montjuic Park.
All kind of services in the surrounding area (shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars).
Good transport connections: only 200m away from the Metro Stations “Paral·lel” (L3/Green Line and L2/Purple Line) and “Drassanes” (L3).

Appartement très agréable et bien situé. Bon rapport qualité / prix. Le parking pour la voiture est un avantage.

Je n’arrive pas à aller sur le lien mais nous avons été très satisfaits de cette location. Bien située, très propre et on a trouvé tout ce qu’il fallait dans l’appartement. Seul inconvénient, le bruit de la rue et des camions poubelle. Le fait d’avoir une place de parking est très appréciable. M. BABONNEAU
